My name is
Jacqueline Lee-Hansen and I have been a member of Roborough Inner
Wheel for just over six years. I feel privileged to belong to
a caring and professional organisation that is Universal and I
can travel the world knowing I will be made welcome at any club.
My professional career has been in Finance undertaking various
roles, however, the last thirty years of my career was spent working
for Devon and Cornwall Constabulary. This consisted of running
the Finance Department and carrying out the role as Finance and
Logistics Officer on Major Incidents and Disasters. Very interesting
as I would be involved from the start on Finance, staffing, equipment
etc, everything that was required to run an operation. I have
worked on the Asian Tsunami and Boscastle flooding in Cornwall
and many others.
I am honoured to be elected as President of Roborough for the
coming year and will endeavour to make my club proud of me and
will uphold all the values of Inner Wheel.
